Melanie Guerra

Originally from Florida, I was brought to Jacksonville, NC, as many of us are, by the military life. I've been calling Jacksonville my home for almost 3 years. I graduated from college with a BA in education but eventually decided that it was not what I was passionate about. I took a huge risk in walking away from that path and diving right into real estate but it paid off because I fell in love with every aspect of this business and have never looked back! Working with people to find their dream home is one of my favorite parts of my job.
Additionally, I work with investors, not only to help them buy and sell properties, but also to help with the design and renovation process. It has been very rewarding to see that with my help in both design and pricing the home correctly they have been able to sell their properties quickly.
